Today suddenly I feel that my friends are leaving me. And I will be alone fighting in life. Next semester I won’t be having my current classmate as my classmate anymore. Those years 3 mates won’t be walking around me anymore. They will have to go on for life. I can’t bear to leave my friends I have now, but there’s always new people around. The world is turning round and round. Time just won’t stop for people.

today nadzirah ikhsan all asking me to go for sea exp this friday.. i really feel like going sia.. nadiah still say wan to use her PSEA to pay for me.. wao.. really thanks you guys and gals.. but still i still wont be going.. hiazz.. been thinking about it.. now is week 15 and there's test and presentation coming next week. and its so near to exam alr.. i friday having night class till 9.30 pm, saturday need to go take the bursary, meeting my friends in the afternoon and sunday need to help my auntie at the market.. so many things.
Last week i go for Sam birthday party and did not help my aunt, in the end my mum told me tat my grandma went down to help to replace me.. i feel so bad about it.. even if i go the sea exp for free but i still will lose out the money tat i'll earn.. there's just so many things coming this weekend.. if the sea exp can be during holiday den i think i can go.. study, money, grandma is the three main reason i decide not to go..

hiazz but i really feel sad tat i did not go.. my good friends in ADC all going sia.. damn it..

From the msg tat QY sended.. She said tat the club room key is to be handled by president only. And also to return to the president after used... Ty ar..
1st thing: tot tat all committee can hold the key also.
2nd thing: I got the key from the “president” leh.
3rd thing: next time if ppl need key (esspec holiday) need to ask 1 day before. ppl may have thier things to do.
4th thing: Not say tat I take without him knowing. I saw min on Monday den min also say I always hold the key.. aiya.. it’s really done it alr la.. I really don wan to kanna say again.. I hold the key to help on Friday sia.. just fine la…

After QY call and msg.. I went to woodland to give the key to nadiah liao.. went afew wrong way.. and it started to rain just when I about to reach nadiah house… haha… really a bad day huh??

My plan to study today went off just like tat.. cool huh?? I was in town studying sia.. den all this thing came up… cool la.. now ppl think the GPA 3.893 person no need to study one..

just got a call from qing ying the Vice president of ADC.. also saw the msg she sended me.. asking for the club room key.. just a feeling.. feel tat qing ying only take the view from her own side.. it’s not wrong..

for my side.. I alr went down to NYP ytd.. and I also ask ppl are they going to use the room today.. coz i know that today I’ll be busy… den the reply I get is like nobody want to take the key.. not tat I nv asked.. but now it’s look like all my fault.. damn it.. QY said tat the key next time I don hold the key.. and yea.. I think I should do just that.. there’s just lot more feeling which I “don know how” and I lazy to type it here.. feel sux..

having this kind of bad not happy thingy this few week.. damn sux..

I Can Swim!

Last night went for rowing, at the end of the rowing session. Keng Hao and Melvin ask me to swim butterfly style. When I swim finish and look into those people who standing beside eyes. It’s like they are telling me that “confirm already Jon know how to swim butterfly style”. All thanks to Mr. Wilfred. : D thanks for teaching me. I also learn fish style from him too... Mhahaha.

I starting to feel like this girl (hijjah) from my club don like me. Ever since the last time I send the playful message to her… last time she’ll still chat a bit a bit with me or make fun or what.. But now no more liao sia…
For my club people, when we meet up we will put/hit our hand together... this few day the way hijjah hit is like very light... Like I’m a person she dislikes, but she still need to say hi to me… And one most important point is that she never smile to me anymore… whaha :D
Aiyo hopefully this wont last long la... Or maybe is that I thinking too much…
However there’s still lot of funny and cute people in the club which I really enjoy being together with them…

I had bought the Nokia 5800 and it cost me a bomb.
I have no more money. need to earn more and spent less money.
I’m happy with my CCA and the people in the club.
The damn mio box keep spoil and been giving me a lot of problem.
Going to Malaysia Berkelah waterfall with my CCA NYP adventure club next week.
A bit scared of those job tasks to me like the “camp fire emcee” and a few more.
To be myself or to change myself to a gentlemen.
To be a YES MAN, the man needs money too.

My first day off after 3 week of working..

Yesterday was the last day of my job at talense(company name). and i went jogging right after i get some rest after my work yesterday. it's been 3-4weeks that i didn't run at all.

As for today i only have one plan, and that's go for a warehouse sale near macpherson. although i didn't plan on buying anything. i try to ask two friends to go with me, but both don't want!! fine!! i will still go by myself. will try to ask afew more friend..

think i'll soon change my phone, wanted a 3.5G phone because of the wireless lan service. i was aiming for nokia 5800 which cost $348 now.. but i really cant get 5800 then i will take E51 which cost $198. i really need a job for more money~~

Hiazz. That's the life of a 22 years old guy which is still studying. Have to think of money problem. but i'm not really that poor, but i'm that type of person who will do thing the safe way.. what will happen to me if i have zero doller in bank.. omg.. but still i know all my friends is willing to help me out with things that money can setter.. a big Thank you to you all who knows you will help me... you know who you are.. i know who you are too.. Thank you!!! i appreciated. :D

but still i wont want to do that. because when people talk about money it will beak the friendship. i know for this few best friend of mine, money cant beak us apart.. i'm so grateful to all this people who just being "willing" to help me when needed.

thurday on the 5th or mar.. i and ikhsun meet up at airport waiting for our friends from ADC. they coming back to sg from saba. ikhsun and i went to have dinner tgt at the staff canteen chat caht..
after we eat, while waiting,
sun(ikhsun) asked : "hijjah never come??".
Jon(me) : "never".
Sun : "why hijjah nv come".
Jon : "i just know that she nv come, didn't ask why".
Sun : "why never ask? must ask!" so i send a msg to hijjah asking why she is not coming to the airport.(we are just being playful)
hijjah reply: "i went to my grandma house and very tired"
sun tell me to msg back "ask her why go grandma house why tired.." and so I DID!! haha..
after that hijjah nv reply liao.. think she thinks that i am cazy... haha..
hijjah this is why i msg u..
if u really come to my blog and after u read this and still think that i am cazy i'm fine with it.. but if not.. i will be one cazy guy who msg u all the funny msg.. asking why why why.. do forgive me :D

after that.. as promise i'll send ikhsun home.. but halfway it start RAINING!! omg.. we have to stop at a bus stop(at lentor avenue) and wait.. it rain non stop.. we waited longer then 20 min.. and continue chating :) ikhsun start to feel bad about asking me send him home coz after he reach home i have to u-turn back to hougang and its not very near.. but at the same way.. i also feel bad that he come airport with me.. but we both is fine with what we do.. coz ikhsun also wanted to go airport, he's just waiting for someone to ask him go.. and that's me :D.. i also fine with sending a friend home coz he come out with me.. coz i asked him... so yea.. ikhsun pls don't feel bad.. ;D

Sprint Aquathlon

I went for Sprint Aquathlon today. Get myself wake up at 6am in the morning, ride bike till outside St.James and park my bike there. coz vivo city has not more free parking for motorbike. I remember that time I was sentosa and park my bike in vivo car park it cost me $6 for 8hours of parking. That's the most expensive parking i ever paid. then went over to tanjong beach. when i reach there it about 8.10am and i left about 15min to put my things in the transition area. everything is so rush. And the race starting wave will start at 8.30am with no delay.
btw this race i get it for free. it's a lucky draw gift.. it cost S$70 to join this race... i was lucky to get it for free.. but at time same time.. i have to join the race alone :(... anyways it's the first time that i swim so far across the sea :)

WHAHAHA... i am singapore sprint aquathlon finisher leh.. lol

i look damn tired in this pic.. haha..

today is my first exam paper, and i did badly for myself.. when i was doing the math exam, my brain like got error... cant think.. got bug haha.. anyway i still hope i will score A for my exam still..

In the late afternoon i went for swimming and jogging to train up for the Sprint Aquathlon coming this sunday. After the 750m swim, i continue with the run. However, after jogging for around 800m i start to feel a litte painful at my upper abdomen(around stomach area). the pain got worst when i continue running. I did not know why i having this pain.. maybe because the water i drint during swimming... charlene saw me runing very slowly and puting my hand at my stomach which i don't look like i'm ok...

now this is the few person which i wanna to thanks.. :D coz u all are so caring and asked me whether i fine anot...

MY DAMN EXAM ARE COMING.. but i know that i am that type of person which can study by myself.. just need someone there to help me when i don understand.. well my brother is the person... but he not staying at home with me... he only come home every weekend.. he stay in sch.. coz NUS is so far away.. so now.. i must tell myself to study starting tmr... whahaha... today still relax... :D

wake up as usual.. staying at home doing nothing like play dota watch downloaded show log in facebook.. like this.. after i get bored i then msg min and nasy asking are they at club room already.. but i didn't wait for the reply.. i went down to school ADC club room.. haha becoz the reply is too slow... when i reaching the carpark i saw hijjah and nasy walking toward the canteen... !!!! CANTEEN!! i tired to horn them but my motor bike horn is too soft.. they like nv hear the horn like that .... but after i came down from my bike.. i saw they two walking back to me... haha... coz they forgot to take money but they not going canteen, they going to the print shop to print thing ... aiya... lazy to blog la.... damn it... anyways today i go sch.. swim.. before 6pm come home already.. ikhsun called me at 8pm++ like tat asking am i still in sch... wanna to meet us for dinner... played dota at night again... discuss on tmr 11 fed going wang dong house to study and play game... but i think wont study too much laaa... and hijjah they all told me we all not joining the VJC dare race already.. so i have turn down all my friend(2 or 3 group of friends) invite of going oversea... so my hodliday going to be only earning money so i can keep myself alive for another 6 month of sch.. i hoping that i will tio toto but i didnt buy it... so i don need to care about earning of money.. den i can have sch hoilday tat i can go anywhere... saba also.. everything need money... waned to earn lot of money but also want to enjoy the holiday i having soon... oo ya.. i tagged nadzirah blog tag just now at 1am(now is 11 fed).. lol... hahaha... bah bah bah ... end of story...

And it need 2 person to join it as a team, today when i was msning hijjah and asking her.. once i said dare race.. she reply "ida wanna join with u" but i read it as i wanna to join with u.. i went around msn people and telling people i going to join dare race with hijjah as a team.. in the end when i know that i had read wrongly... it was like.. shit!!! damn it... it's like i am the only one in the world~~ damn it man... this things make my mood turn bad up till now 3am after midnight... damn it..

After about two months of practice, now I can do those basic beatbox techniques with no sweat. I can also perform those basic beat on a consistent tempo. Although I have not mastered beatboxing until my friends are impressed. But I already can give some advice for those who just start learning beatbox. Here are a few advices:

1. When you first start out, you'll probably feel a bit goofy. Take a rest and start again
2. Beatbox need lots of practice, so practice wherever possible
3. Always practice with a consistent tempo
4. Make sure you are well hydrated before start beatboxing

Ways To Hold The Microphone

1. Closed Clasp
Closed clasp is the preferred method used by beatboxers who make nasal bass sounds because it directs sounds from the nose into the microphone. The fingers are wrapped tightly around the microphone. To make maximum bass.

2. Open Clasp
With the open clasp, the beatboxer is not so bothered about capturing nasal sounds. The fingers are spread more leaving gaps between fingers and often the body of the microphone is inserted between the little and third, or third and middle fingers.

You can use also two microphones. the second microphone can placed at anywhere but the two favoured positions are on the nose and neck.

Basic Beatbox Techniques

Three basic sounds and the beat
1. Learn how to make the classic kick drum {b}, hi-hat {t} and classic snare drum {psh}. (more about this below)
2. Combine the three sounds into an 8-beat such as this: { b t psh t / b t psh t } or {b t psh t / b b psh t }
3. Concentrate on getting the timing right. If you make a mistake, keep going, do not stop or pause.
4. Start off slowly and build up speed once you can do the 8-beat without losing timing.

The classic kick drum {b}
The simplest way to make the classic kick drum is to say the letter 'b'.
To make it sound louder and punchier, you need to do what we call a lip oscillation. This is where you let air vibrate through your lips - a bit like 'blow a raspberry'. Once you can do this, you make a very short lip oscillation.
1. Make the b sound as if you are saying b from the word bogus.
2. This time, with your lips closed, let the pressure build up.
3. You need to control the release of you lips just enough to let them vibrate for a short amount of time.

The hi-hat

1. Make a simple "ts" sound but have your teeth closed or lightly closed.
2. Move the tip of your tongue forward behind your front teeth for a thin hat sound and to the traditional t position for a heavy hat sound.
open {ts}
1. Make a simple t sound but have your teeth lightly closed.
2. Move the tip of your tongue forward behind your front teeth for a thin hat sound and to the traditional t position for a heavy hat sound.
3. Breath out for longer to create the open hat sound.

You can also do successive hi-hats by making a "tktktktk" sound, using the mid-back of your tongue to make the "k" sound. You can make an open hi-hat sound by drawing out the breath in the "ts" hi-hat, so it's more like "tssss" for a more realistic open hat sound.

The classic snare drum {p}
The simplest way of making a classic snare sound is to say the letter 'p'. However, making a 'p' sound is too quiet.
To make it louder you can do several things. The first is to make a lip oscillation. This is where you push the air out of your lips making them vibrate. The second is where you breath out at the same time making a [ ph ] sound.
To make the 'p' sound more interesting and more snare-like, most beatboxers add a second fricative (continuous) sound to the initial 'p' sound: pf ps psh bk.
Variation {pf}
It is similar to the bass drum, only you use the very front of your lips instead of the side, and you tighten them more.
1. Pull your lips in a bit so that your lips are sort of hidden, as if you had no teeth.
2. Build up a little air pressure behind the hidden lips.
3. Swing your lips out (not literally swing) and just before they return to their normal position (un-hidden), release the air with a "P" sound.
4. Immediately after you release the air and get the P sound out, tighten your bottom lip up against your bottom teeth to make a "fff" sound.
